Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there is nothing further to pay on delivery, including any duties or import charges.

Processing your order

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.

Once your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from dispatch.

This means most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days of being placed. During busy periods, or if an item is running low on stock, delivery can take up to 20 business days.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for your tracking number to show its first scan. It is normal for tracking to stay unchanged for several days while a parcel is in transit — this does not mean it is lost or delayed.

If your order is running late

We know waiting is frustrating, and we'd always rather hear from you than have you wonder.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of being placed, email us at info@foxcroftofficial.com with your order number and we'll investigate it for you straight away.

Occasionally our fulfilment partner experiences capacity issues that affect all shipments leaving in a given period. Where that happens, we'll tell you honestly and keep you updated.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@foxcroftofficial.com as soon as possible and we'll correct it if your order hasn't yet been dispatched.

We're unable to redirect a parcel once it has left our fulfilment centre. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
